Refund and Returns Policy
1. THE “DELIVERY GUARANTEE”
We stand behind our logistics network. If your package is lost in transit or seized by customs (verified via tracking number), we offer one (1) complimentary reshipment to an alternative address. No questions asked.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and chemical products, we cannot accept returns once the product has left our facility. This is a strict safety protocol to ensure the integrity of our inventory. We cannot restock items once they have been shipped.
3. DAMAGED GOODS
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or compromised, please submit a high-resolution photo of the packaging and contents to sales@buyadderall.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will issue a replacement credit or reshipment immediately.
4. REFUNDS
Monetary refunds are processed only in specific cases where a reshipment is not possible. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment (or Bitcoin equivalent at the current exchange rate) within 7 business days of approval.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled only before the status changes to “Processing” or “Shipped.” Once the tracking number has been generated, the order is final and cannot be cancelled.
